Ofqual regulated qualification backed with inclusive learning principles is for the both learners; experienced one and the one without any teaching experience. This level 3 award in education and training will take the learner from the absolute fundamentals of education and training. It is crafted in a way that it will address what the education is and what the training is. It will differentiate the education and training. Furthermore, this award revolves around the core principles of inclusive learning.
The TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is an introductory teaching qualification, which prepares learners for teaching or training in a wide range of contexts. It does not develop competence, as learners are not required to be in a teaching position. The qualification is suitable for individuals who wish to teach in the Further Education and Skills Sector and forms a foundation for those with little or no previous experience of teaching or training.
This award also involves the microteaching, where trainee teachers prepare and deliver a short teaching and learning session to their peers and then evaluate their practice. If you are taking this course online then you have to record and send the microteach session to tutor.

Level 3 Award in Education and Training is comprised of 3 mandatory units, with the total credit value of 12. Learner must pass all the units to complete the award.

You are eligible if you fulfil the following criteria:
First of all, you should be 19 years of age or above.
You should have an understanding of Information Technology as this is essential for inclusive teaching practice nowadays.
Need to complete the Initial assessment.

The assessment method for Level 3 Award in Education and Training is assignment based. Learners are required to write one assignment for each unit. Learners will be provided with complete structure and guidance for assignment and full tutor support. One of the tasks, microteaching, will require learner to design and deliver a 15-minute lecture and sent its recording to tutor. There will be no final exam after a single assignment of each unit. TQUK is an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Organisation, providing a wide range of vocational qualifications to FE Colleges and private training providers.
Upon successfully completing the assignment and grading as Pass by the internal and external verifier, you will be issued an OFQUAL regulated Certificate of Completion from TQUK.
CERTIFICATE DELIVERY
Hardcopy of Certificate will be delivered to Learner address within 20 – 22 working days after receiving from the awarding body TQUK.
