The qualification deals with complex and challenging organisational issues and opportunities. The units are closely linked to the current day real world and work challenges, and the Qualification will test and develop learners’ workplace experience and abilities.
The Qualification will require learners to make judgements and provide creative and practical solutions and ways of responding to organisational challenges and problems. An action-based approach will be sought, and learners who have a strong motivation to progress in their chosen career and business pathway will gain significantly from the Qualification.
The Level 5 units are also designed to dove-tail into an undergraduate top-up year at a UK University. The Qualification is made up of six units. All units are mandatory and required by learners for the Level 5 Diploma in Business Management.

All units contain 20 Credits, 200 TQT and 100 Guided Learning Hours.
The qualifications have been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access and progression. For entry to the qualifications, learners will be expected to hold the following:
1. Solid knowledge of the English Language
2. Be age 16 years or above
3. Good understanding of ICT
4. qualifications at Level 3 and/or 4;
5. work experience at a managerial level and demonstrate ambition with clear career goals;
a first degree in another discipline and want to develop their careers in business
The Qualification is suitable for part-time learners in the workplace but equally appropriate for full-time learners who can also participate in formal work placements or part-time employment. Learners can progress into or within employment in the business sector, either directly on the achievement of the awards or following further study to QUALIFI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
After studying the course material, Learner will have to attempt Final Assignment(s).
The Assignment Brief containing the different questions will be available on VLE / Moodle. You will be assessed by Inspire London college’s Assessor. A range of assessment methods may be used. When an assessment criteria is met, it will be graded ‘Pass’. If there is further evidence required, it will be graded ‘referred or fail’, and your assessor will give feedback as to how you can meet the criteria. You can resubmit an assignment as many times as you need to.
All written report(s) / Assessment(s) are online and are taken either through or after the course; these are included in the course price.
Learners completing the QUALIFI Level 5 Diploma in Business Management can progress to:
the final year of an undergraduate degree; or
directly into employment in an associated profession
This Qualification has been accredited to the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) and has its own unique Qualification Accreditation Number (QAN). This number will appear on the learner’s final certification document. Each unit with the Qualification has its own RQF code. The QAN for this Qualification is as follows:

Upon successfully passing the qualification, learner will get a Ofqual Regulated Certificate (Hardcopy) from Qualifi Ltd, a Ofqual Regulated Awarding Organisation.
