- Non-regulated care staff (including deputy managers and CQC-registered managers)
- Agency staff working within the ASC workforce
- Employees with a UK National Insurance number
- Employers who have completed ASC-WDS

- Registered nurses and nursing associates
- Allied health professionals
- Any regulated health professionals
- Apprenticeships or internally delivered training
- Repeat courses for the same employee
