    The NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care is internally set and assessed, ensuring learners demonstrate achievement against all unit requirements. Inspire London College must follow Skills for Care Assessment Principles and carry out internal quality assurance, including pre-verification of tasks, to ensure fairness and inclusivity.  Knowledge-based learning is maintained at the correct level, preparing learners to demonstrate competence confidently in adult care settings.  NOCN monitors assessment quality to ensure all learners can achieve the qualification successfully.

    Upon successfully passing the qualification, the learner will receive an Ofqual-regulated certificate (soft copy/scanned version) issued by NOCN, which is included in the course price.

    If you require a hard copy certificate, an additional fee of £25 will apply. This covers standard postal charges.

    For faster delivery, you may choose to have your certificate and transcript sent via special courier (e.g., DHL). This service incurs an additional cost of £40, which applies primarily to international deliveries.

    The Level 2 Diploma covers core skills for delivering safe, person-centred care, while the Level 3 Diploma goes further by developing the knowledge and skills needed to manage more complex care situations. It also prepares learners for supervisory or Lead Adult Care Worker roles and supports career progression within adult care.

    The duration of the NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care usually ranges from 6 to 12 months, depending on your learning pace and schedule. Since the qualification is often available through flexible online learning, you can study at your own speed, balancing coursework with your personal or professional commitments.

    This qualification equips learners with the knowledge and skills to progress to a Lead Adult Care Worker role, pursue further or higher education, or move into broader roles within the Health and Social Care sector.
