Written Assignments and ObservationsThe NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care is designed for individuals working in adult care who want to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to work in a lead or supervisory role. It is ideal for senior care workers, care assistants, or support staff who wish to take on more responsibility, lead a team, mentor new staff, and ensure high standards of person-centred care in their workplace.
There are no strict entry requirements. Learners should be 16 or older and work or volunteer in health and social care. Some experience in adult care and a Level 2 qualification are helpful. Learners must be able to meet assessment requirements, have basic ICT skills, and have an English language ability.
The duration of the course depends on your pace and work commitments. Most learners complete it between 9 and 24 months. Flexible learning options allow learners to study online while continuing their work in adult care settings.
