• Applicants should have relevant experience in the health and social care sector and clear career progression goals.
• A Level 2 qualification in any discipline is required for those transitioning into or advancing within adult social care.
• Learners must have a good understanding of ICT.
• Learners must demonstrate the ability to meet learning and assessment requirements at the appropriate level.
• Non-native English speakers must provide evidence of English language competency, in line with Language Expectations guidelines.*
• A workplace assessment is required and will be carried out in practical care settings.
