Learners will learn to provide person-centred care and support in settings like care homes, hospitals, or the community. The qualification suits adult care workers, healthcare assistants, support workers, and personal assistants. Designed for flexibility, it meets learners’ needs in various settings. It can also be studied part-time, enabling learners to work while they learn. The NOCN Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care (RQF) is for learners in various health and adult care roles. The NOCN Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care is a 16 credit qualification
with a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 160 hours, including 139 Guided Learning Hours
(GLH).
Learners must achieve all 16 credits from the 6 mandatory components.

All units are internally assessed by Inspire London College and externally verified by NOCN. The qualifications are criterion-referenced based on the achievement of all the specified learning outcomes.
To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence to demonstrate that they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by all assessment criteria.
The Assessor judges that the learners have successfully fulfilled the assessment criteria.
This Qualification has been accredited to the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) and has its own unique Qualification Accreditation Number (QAN). This number will appear on the learner’s final certification document. Each unit with the Qualification has its own RQF code. The QAN for this Qualification is as follows:

NOCN is an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Organisation, providing a wide range of vocational qualifications to FE Colleges and private training providers.
Upon successfully passing the qualification, the learner will receive an Ofqual-regulated certificate (soft copy/scanned version) issued by NOCN, which is included in the course price.
If you require a hard copy certificate, an additional fee of £25 will apply. This covers standard postal charges.
For faster delivery, you may choose to have your certificate and transcript sent via special courier (e.g., DHL). This service incurs an additional cost of £40, which applies primarily to international deliveries.
