Project Supervisor Training Course (project management) is a professional base course that will familiarize the candidates with new and essential skills necessary for a supervisor and facilitate them to improve their existing skills. In addition to this, the course also provides detailed knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of a professional supervisor. Further, the course offers the knowledge that introduces the candidates to effective leadership traits and enables them to develop the skills for effective leadership. The course also introduces the candidates to team building, management and supervision of a team. Necessary skills for a supervisor such as Communication Skills, performance evaluation skills, and workplace management skills will be part of this training.
To achieve a Diploma Project Supervisor in learners must have to achieve a minimum of 6 Modules with 60 points.

Without any prior knowledge of Project Supervisor, the learners can take this training course and in addition to this, there are no age restrictions. Thus, anyone who is passionate and ambitious about learning Project Management can take the course. There are no specific deadlines for admission, and you can enrol anytime on this course.
After studying through the training manual, Learner will have to attempt Final Test (online multiple-choice test – 2 attempts), if necessary, may attempt the test third times at no extra cost. Your test will be assessed automatically and straightaway so that you will directly know whether you have been successful or not. The passing score is 80%. You can retake the test in the case of not being successful at the first attempt.
Before attempting your Final Test, you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a Mock Test (online multiple-choice test – Unlimited attempts).
All test(s) / Assessment(s) are online and are taken either through or after the course; these are included in the course price.
Upon successfully passing the course, the learner must pay for a Certificate of Completion from ILC (either in PDF format or Hardcopy).
