- Keep an up-to-date ASC Workforce Data Set
The Individual
- CQC registered manager or deputy
- Employed by an ASC service provider
- Agency Care Staff
- Non-regulated care staff
Not Eligible
- Registered nurses
- Nursing associates
- Allied health professionals

How to Apply for the LDSS Fund
To get started with the LDSS Fund, the first step is completing the NHS Expression of Interest form. Once submitted, the LDSS team will contact you to guide your application through the following stages.
The scheme is administered by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) on behalf of the Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC). Access to the LDSS claims service is being introduced in phases, so registering early is highly recommended. Early registration brings key advantages, including:
- Opportunities to contribute to improvements in the service.
- Faster reimbursement processing.
- Access to additional guidance and support from the NHSBSA.
