Inspire London College Reward Program Agreement

By joining the Inspire London College Reward Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement governs your participation as a Reward Partner and outlines your rights and responsibilities.

(1) Terminology

Reward Partners: Participants in the Inspire London College Reward Program who refer potential customers to Inspire London College for Ofqual Regulated Qualifications* only.
Referrals: Individuals who are directed to Inspire London College through Reward Partners’ unique links.
*Ofqual Regulated Qualification: Inspire London College Reward Program is only for Ofqual Regualted Qualifications. The qualifications are available here. Please note that this Reward Program does not cover Endorsed Course, CPD Courses, Phlebotomy, CPD Video Training and Care Courses.

(2) Reward Partner Registration

To become a Reward Partner, you must submit a complete application via the Inspire London College Reward Program registration page. All applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any application if it is deemed unsuitable for the program.

(3) Referral Links and Promotion

As a Reward Partner, you will receive a unique referral link for tracking purposes. This link should only be used for referring potential students to Inspire London College’s offerings. It must not be presented as an ownership of or affiliation with the college.

(4) No Resale or Misrepresentation of Courses

Reward Partners in the Inspire London College Reward Program are not authorised to resell, rebrand, or represent Inspire London College’s courses as their own. Reward Partners’ role is solely to refer potential customers to Inspire London College through their referral links, earning commissions on qualifying sales. Misrepresentation of this relationship, unauthorised claims, or attempts to rebrand Inspire London College offerings will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

Commission Rates: You will earn £20 per successful lead generated through your referral link for Qualifications.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or Bank Transfer, once the minimum threshold of £100 has been reached. Commissions below this amount will roll over to the next payment cycle.
Transaction Fees: Please note that transaction fees may apply when sending payments via PayPal or Bank Transfer, and these costs will be deducted from your payout.
Payment Date: Payments are processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s approved commissions.
Refunds and Chargebacks: If a customer referred by you requests a refund or issues a chargeback, your commission for that sale will be deducted from future payments.
Taxes: Reward Partners are responsible for paying taxes on their earnings. Inspire London College will not withhold any taxes unless legally required

(6) Cookie Duration and Attribution

Our program uses cookies to track referrals. Cookies last for 15 days from the time the user clicks on your referral link. If a referred customer completes a purchase within this period, you will receive credit for the sale. If the cookie expires before the purchase, no commission will be credited.

(7) Prohibited Activities

Reward Partners agree to avoid engaging in any of the following activities:

Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to generate fake leads, purchases, or clicks, including the use of bots, incentivised traffic, or other fraudulent methods, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Misleading Marketing: Reward Partners must not make false claims or misrepresent Inspire London College’s courses in their promotional efforts. All marketing must comply with applicable laws and be truthful, including any claims about potential income or educational outcomes.
Spamming: Reward Partners are prohibited from using unsolicited email marketing (spam) or engaging in illegal marketing practices to promote their referral link.
Trademark Use: Reward Partners may not use Inspire London College trademarks, logos, or branding without express permission, except for approved banners or logos provided by us.

(8) Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Inspire London College Reward Program at any time for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit any outstanding commissions and will no longer be able to promote Inspire London College as a Reward Partner.

(9) Modifications

Inspire London College reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the Reward Partner dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

(10) Limitation of Liability

Inspire London College will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of your participation in the Reward Program. We provide no guarantee of success or specific earnings as a result of your participation.

(11) Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in this jurisdiction.

Reward Program Privacy Policy

At Inspire London College, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information provided by Reward Partners.

(1) Information We Collect

When you register for the Reward Program, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, payment information, and other contact details required to manage your account.

(2) How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and issue payments for commissions earned, communicate with you regarding your account, and ensure compliance with program terms.

(3) Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required to process payments (e.g., payment processors) or as required by law.

(4) Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

(5) Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Reward Partners will be notified of any changes via email or through the Reward Program dashboard.

Payment Terms

Payments will be processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s sales.
The minimum payout threshold is set at £100, and payments will be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Any fraudulent or misleading activities will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Reward Partners must comply with all marketing laws, including truthfulness in claims and no spamming.

Declaration

By signing the this Inspire Reward Program Agreement, I acknowledge that:
I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the program (from page 1 to 4).
I agree to comply with the program’s policies, including referral guidelines and commission structure.
I understand that I am not permitted to resell or rebrand Inspire London College courses as my own.
I confirm that I am participating as a Reward Partner to refer potential students and earn commissions accordingly.

I confirm my acceptance of the the above agreement before proceeding further.
