The assessment method for the Level 3 Award in Education and Training is assignment-based. Learners are required to write one assignment for each unit. Learners will be provided with a complete structure and guidance for the assignment and full tutor support. There is a microteaching requirement for completing this qualification. For this, the learner will be involved in at least one hour of microteaching. Each learner must deliver at least one 15-minute microteaching session. For the additional 45 minutes, the learner can either deliver additional microteaching sessions or observe the microteaching sessions of other trainee teachers. There will be no final exam after a single assignment for each unit. For Learners, all the assignments and support are included in the price.
iCQ is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) . Ofqual is responsible for maintaining standards and confidence in a wide range of vocational qualifications, whereas iCQ has a duty of care to implement quality assurance processes.
Upon successfully passing the qualification, the learner will receive an Ofqual-regulated certificate (soft copy/scanned version) issued by iCQ Awards, which is included in the course price.
If you require a hard copy certificate, an additional fee of £25 will apply. This covers standard postal charges.
For faster delivery, you may choose to have your certificate and transcript sent via special courier (e.g., DHL). This service incurs an additional cost of £40, which applies primarily to international deliveries.
