Staffing Management is the requirement of all industry from very basic level; it is the concept about the recruitment and selection of employees for performing routine operations of organization. Selection is the concept use by organization to choose the applicants that best meet their requirements from the number of application submitted and it must be considered that they best full fill requirement of organization. Staffing management is the requirement of organization when there is need of labour in specific department to maintain the performance level of that specific organization. Course Aims
The ILC’s Staffing Management Course is designed by the highly skilled professionals with a purpose to serve the candidates with effective knowledge of the Recruitment and Selection process in the HR management. Course begins with a professional approach and introduces the learners with Recruitment and its significance in the Human Resource Management. Purpose and background of a HR management is an important element while evaluating the Candidates therefore the purpose and background of a professional must be clearly described. In the next topic the candidates are provided with the outline of Selection process including the different steps in selection process. Further the course discusses the different factors that can influence the Recruitment and Selection Process and the importance of interview and salary Negotiation. Course elaborate Common approaches used by the professionals for recruitment and selection will be taught and essential skills for becoming a professional Human Resource Manager will be discussed.
After taking this course the students will be able to;
Level 1 Certificate in Risk Management is 30 credits course. To achieve a Level 1 Certificate in Risk Management learner must have to achieve minimum 3 units with 30 Credits.
Learners pursuing to enroll for this course should meet the following conditions.
1. Be age 16 years or above.
2. Solid knowledge of English Language.
3. Working Knowledge of Information Communication Technologies for studying online i.e. Internet, Microsoft Office.
4. A genuine desire to study and succeed.
After studying the course material, Learner will have to attempt Final Assignment(s).
The Assignment Brief containing the different questions will be available on VLE / Moodle. You will be assessed by Inspire London college’s Assessor. A range of assessment methods may be used. When an assessment criteria is met, it will be graded ‘Pass’. If there is further evidence required, it will be graded ‘referred or fail’, and your assessor will give feedback as to how you can meet the criteria. You can resubmit an assignment as many times as you need to.
All written report(s) / Assessment(s) are online and are taken either through or after the course; these are included in the course price.
