Inspire London College‘s six sigma project management course aims to provide the candidates with a piece of comprehensive knowledge about project management and the integration of Six Sigma into a project. Students are given a brief introduction to project management during the course, including the different phases of project management. Alignment of the projects with business strategy is necessary; therefore, the students are given an overview of how different projects can be aligned with business strategies and how the Six Sigma approach facilitates the project managers in this context.
Further, the Six Sigma Project management Training aims to provide the candidates with an inclusive knowledge of Six Sigma Approach to Project Management and how the different project models can be evaluated on the basis of Six Sigma. Risks are the most critical part of project management; therefore, the Six Sigma project management course also includes risk management planning in a project and discusses the role of Six Sigma in risk management.
Certificate in Six Sigma Project Management is a 30 credit points CPD Accredited course. Therefore, to achieve a CPD Accredited Certificate, learners must complete a minimum of 3 units.
Learners pursuing to enroll for this course should meet the following conditions.
1. Be age 16 years or above.
2. Solid knowledge of English Language.
3. Working Knowledge of Information Communication Technologies for studying online i.e. Internet, Microsoft Office.
4. A genuine desire to study and succeed.
Six Sigma Project Management Course is useful for the project managers or supervisors already working in the field of project management. At the same time, Six Sigma Certification can also be useful for business managers because it offers a better way to complete the different projects.
After studying through the training manual, Learner will have to attempt Final Test (online multiple-choice test – 2 attempts), if necessary, may attempt the test third times at no extra cost. Your test will be assessed automatically and straightaway so that you will directly know whether you have been successful or not. The passing score is 80%. You can retake the test in the case of not being successful at the first attempt.
Before attempting your Final Test, you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a Mock Test (online multiple-choice test – Unlimited attempts).
All test(s) / Assessment(s) are online and are taken either through or after the course; these are included in the course price.
Upon successfully passing the course, the learner must pay for a Certificate of Completion from ILC (either in PDF format or Hardcopy).
