ILC has designed this Level 1 HR Management Course quite professionally which offers the learners a great way to learn the essential knowledge of human resource management. The course starts from the very basics and introduces the learners with basics of HR management and its different perspectives. After taking this course the learners will b e able to develop the essential skills and knowledge of HR and they will be able to manage the HR functions of an organization.

Course Outline

Level 1 Certificate in Human Resource Management is a 30 credits CPD Accredited Course. Therefore, to achieve a CPD Accredited Certificate, learners must complete a minimum of 3 units.

Requirements

There is no formal entry requirement for this Level 1 HR management course. However, learners pursuing to enrol for this course should meet the following conditions:

Be age 16 years or above
Solid knowledge of the English Language
Working Knowledge of Information Communication Technologies for studying online that is the Internet and Microsoft Office
A genuine desire to study and succeed

Who is This Course For?

Level 1 HR Management Course is quite effective for the individuals looking for HR short training courses to gain basic understanding of HR management.

Assessment

After studying through the training manual, Learner will have to attempt Final Test (online multiple-choice test – 2 attempts), if necessary, may attempt the test third times at no extra cost. Your test will be assessed automatically and straightaway so that you will directly know whether you have been successful or not. The passing score is 80%. You can retake the test in the case of not being successful at the first attempt.

Before attempting your Final Test, you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a Mock Test (online multiple-choice test – Unlimited attempts).

All test(s) / Assessment(s) are online and are taken either through or after the course; these are included in the course price.
