Level 2 Diploma in business management course Aims
This course will serve the students with extensive knowledge of business management, including the roles and responsibilities of the business managers in modern organisations. It will define the role of business managers in all these operations.
Level 2 Certificate in Business Management is 40 credits Endorsed Course. To achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Business Management learner must have to achieve minimum 5 units with 40 Credits.

Upon successful completion students will receive an Endorsed Certificate from an Ofqual regulated awarding organisation.
Learners pursuing to enroll for this course should meet the following conditions.
1. Be age 16 years or above.
2. Solid knowledge of English Language.
3. Working Knowledge of Information Communication Technologies for studying online i.e. Internet, Microsoft Office.
4. A genuine desire to study and succeed.
Learners want to know about different business operations such as HR management, communication management, risk analysis, evaluation and management and customer relationship management and will define the role of business managers in all these operations. Further the students can learn that how teams are established within an organisation and how they are managed effectively.
After studying through the training manual, Learner will have to attempt Final Test (online multiple-choice test – 2 attempts), if necessary, may attempt the test third times at no extra cost. Your test will be assessed automatically and straightaway so that you will directly know whether you have been successful or not. The passing score is 80%. You can retake the test in the case of not being successful at the first attempt.
Before attempting your Final Test, you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a Mock Test (online multiple-choice test – Unlimited attempts).
All test(s) / Assessment(s) are online and are taken either through or after the course; these are included in the course price.

Upon successfully passing the course, the learner must pay for a Certificate of Completion from ILC (either in PDF format or Hardcopy) or an Endorsed Diploma from TQUK (Hardcopy).
