  • No formal qualifications or prior training are required to undertake this diploma.
  • Learners should be working in the Adult Care sector in England under the guidance of a manager or supervisor.
  • Completion of employer-specific induction and mandatory training is expected.
  • Learners must have access to relevant assessment opportunities and resources.
  • Non-native English speakers must demonstrate a minimum level of English language competency.*
  • Learners must be able to demonstrate the capability to achieve the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for the qualification.

Upon successfully passing the qualification, the learner will receive an Ofqual-regulated certificate (soft copy/scanned version) issued by NOCN, which is included in the course price.
