To enrol on the NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, learners must meet the following criteria:

• Learners must be 16 years or older.
• No formal qualifications or prior training are required to undertake this diploma.
• Learners should be working in the Adult Care sector in England under the guidance of a manager or supervisor.
• Completion of employer-specific induction and mandatory training is expected.
• Learners must have access to relevant assessment opportunities and resources.
• Non-native English speakers must demonstrate a minimum level of English language competency.*
• Learners must be able to demonstrate the capability to achieve the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for the qualification.

This course is ideal for individuals working in adult care who want to enhance their skills and take on greater responsibilities. It suits those aiming to become Lead Adult Care Workers or develop a deeper understanding of person-centred, values-driven care. Learners should be ready to work under guidance while applying autonomy in care settings.

This qualification is accredited by NOCN Qualifications, an Ofqual-approved and regulated awarding body (Recognition Number RN5194). Ofqual ensures high standards and public confidence in vocational qualifications, while NOCN implements robust quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of its certifications.

The NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care is internally set and assessed, ensuring learners demonstrate achievement against all unit requirements. Inspire London College must follow Skills for Care Assessment Principles and carry out internal quality assurance, including pre-verification of tasks, to ensure fairness and inclusivity.  Knowledge-based learning is maintained at the correct level, preparing learners to demonstrate competence confidently in adult care settings.  NOCN monitors assessment quality to ensure all learners can achieve the qualification successfully.

Upon successfully passing the qualification, the learner will receive an Ofqual-regulated certificate (soft copy/scanned version) issued by NOCN, which is included in the course price.

If you require a hard copy certificate, an additional fee of £25 will apply. This covers standard postal charges.

For faster delivery, you may choose to have your certificate and transcript sent via special courier (e.g., DHL). This service incurs an additional cost of £40, which applies primarily to international deliveries.
