iCQ is an Ofqual-approved awarding body (Recognition Number RN5325), and this qualification is officially recognised in England under Qualification Accreditation Number (QAN): 603/3181/1. The course is offered through Inspire London College, providing learners with a trusted and nationally recognised adult care qualification.

All units within the iCQ Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care are internally assessed by the Inspire London College and externally verified by iCQ to ensure quality and consistency. Learners complete a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their knowledge, understanding, and application of adult care standards across a range of settings.

The qualification uses a combination of skill-based and knowledge-based assessments. Skill-based assessment takes place in the workplace and may include direct observation, professional discussions, reflective accounts, work products, and witness testimony, while knowledge-based assessment is completed through written assignments. Learners must meet all assessment criteria to successfully achieve the qualification.

Upon successfully passing the qualification, the learner will receive an Ofqual-regulated certificate (soft copy/scanned version) issued by iCQ Awards, which is included in the course price.

If you require a hard copy certificate, an additional fee of £25 will apply. This covers standard postal charges.

For faster delivery, you may choose to have your certificate and transcript sent via special courier (e.g., DHL). This service incurs an additional cost of £40, which applies primarily to international deliveries.
